This notice describes personal information collected at Evidentum Account signup and related Cloud onboarding. Read with the Privacy Policy.

After cameras are connected

We process Camera Data (frames, clips, events, incidents, cases, evidence) to provide the Services the Customer configures. That processing is directed by the Customer. People on camera should use the Customer’s workplace notices; Evidentum assists as a service provider/processor.

Retention & rights

Retention follows plan settings, backups, and legal holds as described in the Privacy Policy. California rights requests: privacy@evidentum.ai. We do not sell personal information or use signup data for cross-context behavioral advertising.
