Highlights
- License for internal business use per Order Form entitlements
- Fees, term, and renewal as stated on the Order Form (default 12-month renewing if silent)
- DPA governs personal data; Customer owns Customer Content
- Limited warranty of professional conformance; AI/security disclaimers still apply
- Indemnity/liability as in public Terms unless Order Form raises the cap
- Delaware law; optional logo publicity unless opted out
