Pricing FAQ
- What cameras does Evidentum work with?
- Any IP camera that speaks RTSP — including Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, Ubiquiti, Reolink, and more.
- Do I need to replace my existing cameras?
- No. Connect what you already have. No proprietary cameras required.
- What happens after my free trial?
- You choose Investigate in the product (Settings → Billing) via Stripe Checkout. If you do nothing, you are not charged. You keep alerts; you lose cases and exports until you subscribe.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Upgrade or change in-app. Billing changes go through Stripe Customer Portal after you subscribe.
- What does "site" mean?
- A site is one property or store (e.g. one warehouse, one retail location). Investigate includes three; Contact Sales if you need more cameras than 25, not a different product.
- Is my footage stored in the cloud?
- Cloud plans retain processed media per your plan’s retention window. Need processing on-site later? Contact Sales — Cloud is the self-serve path today.
- What’s on the trial?
- The trial is Investigate: Ask what happened, file a case, and export a report. If you don’t subscribe, you keep Protect — you’ll still see alerts, but you won’t be able to file a case or export a report.
- Do you offer annual billing?
- Yes — toggle Annual above for two months free (pay for 10). Exact checkout options appear in Stripe when you subscribe.
- How do I cancel?
- After subscribing, use Manage billing in Settings to open Stripe Customer Portal — cancel or update payment methods there.
